You’ll work closely with hiring managers and executives across a flat organization, making relationship-building, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving essential to success.

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruitment process end-to-end for various roles, including managing external recruiting agencies.
- Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Actively source and manage a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates, using various sourcing strategies

Finance Operations Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Operations Specialist to oversee the execution of all payment and financial processes. You’ll manage billing operations, from vendor and contractor payments to employee reimbursements, while driving compliance and efficiency across expense policies, procurement, and payroll.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll also contribute to financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. This role will report into our Head of Finance and Operations and work alongside her to drive execution to her vision of financial and operational workflows.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee billing operations, including timely payments to vendors, contractors, employees, and advisors.
- Manage company-wide expense policies, approvals, and reconciliations to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
